The dentist is very impatient and doesn’t have time to explain anything to you. She’s also condescending when speaking on pricing. The staff was very nice and pleasant tho.

0/10. I would not recommend this orthodontist’s office. Please do your research before choosing an orthodontist. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I kept trying to be patient and trust the process, but it never got better. Overall, the communication and experience left me very dissatisfied. I truly wish I had chosen a different orthodontist. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

This was my first visit. The office itself has a nice decor, is very bright, and is clean. However, the layout uses glass partitions, which means there is absolutely zero privacy. You can see and hear everything, and the staff constantly chatting with each other across the cubicles only makes it worse. It also feels under-equipped; techs were sharing a single X-ray machine/vest and constantly walking into other rooms to borrow tools. > The intake and cleaning felt completely transactional and lacked basic professional communication. The tech didn’t acknowledge me at first while staring at her screen, and then immediately assumed I preferred Spanish just because of my surname. In a diverse area like this, staff shouldn't just profile patients and assume their language preference without asking. There was zero energy, As a father I was ignored entirely, and the X-ray process was just a silent waiting game mixed with staff loudly talking to each other. > The dentist himself was fine and did his job. His communication was better and he laid out a treatment strategy, but he also continued to speak mostly Spanish to me and the staff, which didn't help the "Little Havana" vibe of the

The best ever!! Been searching for a pediatric dentist for years and glad I came here for a second opinion!!!!! First they was able to schedule her an appointment for the next day, upon arriving the wait time is less than 10 minutes compared to others, the office is clean and the staff is nice. The dr explained to us very clear on what’s going and was able to do half of the procedure the same day!! Hope they stick around cause this will definitely be a permanent location for us. Overall 10/10
